Say to your doctor immediately or go to Accident and to Emergency in the closest hospital if you point out whatever of the following thing:
* redness of skin, itch, beehives; the swelling of the face or the language; strict sunstroke, by blistering or by swelling of the skin
* fading or collapse
* pain of chest
* seizures or crises.
Aforesaid side effects are very serious and can demand urgent medical attention or even hospitalisation.
Say to your doctor if you point out anything who makes felt you annoyed.
Other side effects not listed above May also occur in some persons.
Having taken Endep
Stocking
Keep Endep where the children cannot attain him.
A cupboard closed in at least one and half metres above the earth is a good place to keep medicines.
Keep your tablets in a cool dry place where the temperature stays under 30 degrees C. Do not keep Endep or other medicine in the bathroom or near a sink. Do not leave Endep in the car or on windowsills.

Ingredients
The active ingredient in Endep is the hydrochloride amitriptyline. Every tablet Endep contains 10 mgs, 25 mgs or 50 mgs of hydrochloride amitriptyline.
The tablets of Endep also contain following inactive ingredients:
* lactose
* microcrystalline cellulose
* disodium edetate
* starch of sodium glycollate
* starch of corn of pregelatinised
* colloidal anhydrous silica
* magnesium stearate
* the cleaned talc [10 mgs and 50 mgs only]
* Blue OY-B-30904 of Opadry (includes colours 133, 171) [10 mgs only]
* Yellow OY-LS-32814 of Opadry (includes colours 104, 110, 132, 171) [25 mgs only]
* OY-LS-37200 of Chamois of Opadry (includes colours 171, 172) [50 mgs only].
The tablets of Endep are the free gluten.
